Utah Porch is an unregistered brand used by Emma Rose Holdings LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. Utah Porch is not presented as a Utah DBA or registered Utah trade name.

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Information, not a professional relationship

Utah Porch provides general educational information, estimates, directories, and routes to official sources. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, real-estate, insurance, medical, engineering, emergency, or other professional advice. Use of the site or feedback form does not create a professional, advisory, fiduciary, attorney-client, or confidential relationship.

Current sources control

Rules, fees, deadlines, boundaries, alerts, closures, forms, office practices, and external pages can change. Confirm the current instruction with the agency, court, county, municipality, land manager, utility, or other authority that controls the decision. Estimates are planning aids and may not match a bill, quote, assessment, eligibility decision, or transaction total.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the site, bypass security or rate limits, submit unlawful or abusive material, impersonate another person, scrape at a level that harms availability, or use the service to make automated high-stakes decisions about another person. You remain responsible for how you use information from the site.

Ownership and permitted use
