The working standard
Utah Porch aims to make its public information usable with a keyboard, screen reader, text enlargement, high-contrast settings, reduced motion, and common mobile and desktop browsers. Pages use semantic headings, visible focus, labeled controls, descriptive links, image alternatives, and recovery routes.
Known boundaries
Linked agency pages, maps, documents, embedded anti-spam tools, and other third-party services may have accessibility limits outside this site's control. A source can often be reached through another format or official office when the linked version is difficult to use.
